Celery Photo of Celery for Green Dog Names Our 6 year old has a severe speech impediment. One of his speech therapy words is Celery. We chose this name to help him practice his S, L, and R sounds. It was also totally adorable so it stuck. Celery is a 2 month old Lhasa Apso/poodle mix.
